Bruno Cooren

Bruno Cooren has held a variety of managerial positions for more than twenty years in the area of Culture and International Relations in different local authorities of Northern France. His work experience ranges from cultural and international development at city and metropolitan levels, transnational cooperation, academic teaching, to training of local government managers. His main areas of activity include creative cities in local development strategies, transborder cooperation, organizational management, collective intelligence processes, innovative local governance, European projects, and international development and peace-building projects (Middle East).
