Visual Communication Short Courses.
As part of our one-year Visual Communication: Design, Society, Nature course, we have introduced the chance to study the following modules individually:
Image (5th Jan - 9th Feb)
A six week part-time course exploring image making techniques; comprising photography, surrealist collage, comics and data visualisation.
Alongside a weekly practical workshop you’ll get Critical Studies and Design History sessions which align with the workshop content, and bolt-on workshops in screen printing, binding and print.
Our guest lecturer will be David Shillinglaw
Moving Image (16th Feb - 23rd March)
Focusing on film making, this module takes you from a basic introduction to creating your own short film. We take your stories on a journey into moving image and sound.
As well as access to studying these modules, you will be able to join Critical Studies and Design History sessions, guest lectures and workshops. Each short course costs £500.
