The camera of choice of the likes of Ansel Adams and Jeff Wall (just to name a few well-known names ...), the Large Format camera (digital or analogue) gives the photographer total control over all aspects involved in creating an image with a photographic camera.
It creates photographs of incomparable quality as the result of the physical size of the image produced by the lens.
In addition to the above, its lens and film/sensor panels are operated independently exponentially increasing control over focus, perspective, and shape of what is been photographed.
