A project to travel from Kent to Oulu in Finland using bus and trains (no planes), recording the whole trip in a 60 drawings. The drawings show the experience of the trip, people met, strange cities encountered, and the joy of taking the slow way rather than the soulless fast way of air travel.

Rémy Noë travelled from Kent to Oulu in Finland using bus and trains (no planes), recording the whole trip in 60 drawings. The exhibition will present the drawings from the trip, people met, strange cities encountered, and the joy of taking the slow way rather than the soulless fast way of air travel.

Rémy Noë was born in Bromley, Kent, England, to a French and Dutch father and English mother, but has lived in Medway for most of her life. From 1986 to 1993, she attended Vinters Boys School, described as "a living hell", and Chatham Grammar School for Boys 1993-97, attended Canterbury College of Art for Foundation and BA in Fine Art, but was forced to leave by the Department of Social Security.
