Short Course Refund Policy

● < 14 Days/No Show: No refund.

● 14-28 Days Before: Partial refund (50%) 

● > 28 Days Before: Partial refund, minus an administration fee of 20% will be charged.

● Cancellations due to Exceptional Circumstances: 

○ Medical or other major issues might warrant a refund at the provider's discretion, with evidence (doctor's note). 

○ At the provider’s discretion there may be an opportunity to defer to another start date.
