Jean-Luc du Val

Jean-Luc is a creative consultant, experienced project manager and communications specialist. He has more than 20 years’ experience within local authorities in northern France of supporting the development of library services and cultural organisations, with a strong commitment to building social, cultural and educational networks which result in international community engaged initiatives. Until recently he was a management team member of Dunkirk Libraries, responsible for cultural, educational and social action and has worked on youth development programmes at Bordeaux Libraries. He is an experienced board member at Association La Rose des Vents and ABF - Association des Bibliothécaires de France.
